About Theo

I work with individuals, couples, and families. I've been helping to support people for over 20 years who are struggling with challenges that are keeping them from feeling happy and successful. In our sessions, I use advanced healing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and practices that help you build healthier thought patterns. I’ll also guide you in using mindfulness, self-compassion, and calming techniques that bring greater peace of mind.

These methods aren’t just abstract ideas—they’re practical tools you can begin using right away. My goal is to help you create new experiences, both in your daily life and even right there in the Zoom room during our sessions. These experiences become the foundation for real growth and lasting change.
