Trauma can happen to you as early as when you're in the womb. It can be one big event or a daily subtle barrage of not feeling safe throughout your childhood. Because this less than fully safe environment is all you've ever known, it felt normal to you and perhaps still does. We will explore the circumstances of these experiences and then do exercises that will help your body release the old trauma sensations and the memories will lose their impact. This will allow you to feel more resilient as you move forward in your life.
